Paul Cranston, who has recently developed and implemented the Marketing Strategy at Feefo Holdings Ltd and, before that, at iPresent Ltd, has created the Headway Marketing agency in response to the need for smaller businesses to capitalise on the marketing expertise and initiatives that are launching other organisations on to the global stage.

Feefo has recently found acclaim through its year-on-year growth achieved through expansion into key demographic regions and through the development of its market proposition. iPresent has continued to develop having co-located to Silicon Valley from its Hampshire roots. In both companies, Cranston was key to defining the marketing channels that drove success for the B2B Software As A Service businesses.

Feefo was sat on millions of data nuggets; I looked at introducing this data in engaging ways – industry insights and consumer satisfaction reports created and, my proudest achievement, The Trusted Merchant Accreditation.”
